Balfour Insurance Agency was started in 1998, by owner Neil K. Balfour. When he opened this agency, he wanted to find a way of making it easier for people to buy Insurance with the help of a Licensed Professional Agent.
To accomplish this goal, he had to decide what was the single biggest obstacle for most people. The answer, finding the time to actually get to your agents office. So knowing you don't have time to run around we decided to come to you, via phone, fax, e-mail, and the U.S. Post office.
In addition our next business philosophy is to make sure people understood that they are a person not just a policy number.
